If you would like instant updates to your email from USPS - simply copy and paste the 22 digit Confirmation number into the USPS site's TRACKING box. You can then input your name and email address to receive instant updates of any scans on your package.
(INTERNATIONAL shipments do not have a DC or SC number, only a customs declaration number. While your local customs office may have updates on international packages, the USPS website may not.)
The following information is what you can expect regarding your shipment from us - this should cut down on the shipping confusion and inquiries:
Once your order is placed on the website - it will be processed for payment, and shipment within 3-5 business days.
Once your package is prepared and ready for shipping this is what it looks like so you know what to expect in your mailbox:
We make 1-2 trips daily to our local USPS office to deliver 2-3 bins FULL of packages ready for shipment across the country and around the world.
Note - We use USPS for shipping. NOT FedEx, or DHL, or UPS, or any other carrier.
These bins full of packages are handed to the employees in the processing room in exchange for empty bins for us to bring back full of packages to them. (afterhours deliveries are deposited in the indoor mail drop boxes as shown below)
With this daily volume, all shipments are processed in bulk and there will NOT be an "Acceptance" or "receipt" scan on individual packages. They go from our hands to the USPS workers, onto their daily cargo truck to the hub in Phoenix.
Now - on the day you receive your shipment update (automated from our website) - you will notice a 22 digit "tracking number" which is printed on your shipping label.

Once you receive your shipping update email, you can copy and paste the number into the USPS.com website in the "track a shipment" box. There will be an option for you to enter your email address and receive any scan updates on your shipment.
USPS will often NOT update a package until after delivery, but occasionally there is a scan as a shipment passes through a processing hub.
Again - 99% of the time, only a DELIVERY scan update will appear on the website.
Now that you know what to expect - PLEASE be sure to allow at least 21 days for delivery.
Most shipments arrive in 4-10 days within the U.S. - but there are some slow to be delivered packages.
Now:

If you go to USPS and input your DC number, you may see something like this:
Please DO NOT immediately write back saying "USPS says they don't have it!!!!"

The day we provide your shipping update is the same day we take your package and about 200 others to our local post office.
Once this happens, USPS has your package and it is on it's way to you. Please feel free to enter your email in the USPS update website.

INTERNATIONAL shipments will take significantly longer to arrive than a domestic package - as there are customs offices to process through and are NOT trackable through USPS. Please allow up to 6 weeks for an international shipment to arrive.
If a package is not received in 21 days - please notify us by email so we can review your order and expedite a replacement and claim with USPS if needed.

I ordered 2 keyless remotes for my 1999 Sebring Convertible on May 23/08 and I received them in Canada within 2 weeks. I was unexpectedly pleased to find that the batteries were included in the order, as I had not thought to order them. I had them scanned at a local Chrysler dealership for $25.00 (for both). The fee for this service ranged from $25 - $80 and could only be done at Chrysler. The price for the remotes at the dealership was $135 each!
